Company Identity
WebhookTrade is a website operated by Explora Grow, Inc. (hereinafter referred to as “the Company,” “WebhookTrade,” or “we”), a corporation registered in USA. By using this website, you agree to the following terms and conditions, which constitute a binding contract between you (“the user”) and the Company.
Use of WebhookTrade: Disclaimer and Risks
No financial advice or signal generation
The WebhookTrade platform is not a financial advisor and does not provide any type of investment advice. No information, configuration, or functionality of WebhookTrade should be interpreted as a financial recommendation, personalized investment advice, or an invitation to engage in transactions. Likewise, WebhookTrade does not create its own trading signals or market analysis; the platform is solely limited to routing (transmitting) the trading signals generated and issued by the user (for example, alerts set up by the user on services like TradingView) to the brokerage account or broker the user has connected. In other words, any investment decision or operational signal originates from the user (or third parties chosen by the user), never from WebhookTrade.
User responsibility
Using WebhookTrade requires the user to voluntarily connect their own third-party accounts to the platform, such as broker accounts (for instance, at Capital.com) or accounts on trading alert platforms (like TradingView). The user is solely responsible for establishing, managing, and maintaining these connections, ensuring that the alerts or signals they wish to transmit through the platform are set up correctly. Any order or transaction executed through WebhookTrade will be considered initiated by the user’s direct decision, even if the execution occurs automatically in response to a predefined signal configured by that user. Consequently, all results of such operations are the exclusive responsibility of the user. This includes, without limitation, the financial outcomes of trades (whether profits or losses), any configuration or interpretation errors of the signals by the user, as well as compliance with any obligations and restrictions applicable to the third-party accounts that the user connects (for example, the broker’s policies or limits imposed by the original alert platform).
Inherent trading risks
Trading in financial markets, whether manually or in an automated manner, involves significant risks. Asset prices can be volatile, and there is no guarantee of obtaining profits; in fact, one can lose their entire invested capital. WebhookTrade does not reduce or eliminate the inherent risks of trading. On the contrary, by enabling the fast execution of automated signals, trades can be carried out within seconds, meaning that losses can also occur quickly if the market moves against the user’s positions. Users are advised to trade only with funds they can afford to lose, having carefully assessed their risk tolerance, investment objectives, and personal financial situation before using the platform. It is the user’s responsibility to remain informed about the markets in which they operate and, if considered necessary, seek independent financial advice from qualified professionals before making investment decisions. In short, the user voluntarily assumes the risks associated with trading when using WebhookTrade.
No affiliation with third-party platforms or brokers
Although WebhookTrade is technically interoperable with third-party services (for example, it can process alerts originating in TradingView or execute trades through brokers like Capital.com), WebhookTrade is not affiliated, sponsored, or endorsed by any of these companies. Any mention of trademarks, trade names, or third-party platforms on WebhookTrade is made solely for descriptive purposes to indicate the technical compatibility of the tool, and does not imply any association, partnership, sponsorship, or endorsement by those entities toward our service (or vice versa). Likewise, interoperability with third-party platforms does not imply any responsibility on the part of those third parties for WebhookTrade’s performance or outcomes, nor does it imply that those companies provide any guarantee regarding operations carried out through our platform. WebhookTrade does not guarantee and is not responsible for the operation, availability, accuracy, or quality of integrated third-party services; the use of any external service through our platform is subject to the terms and conditions of said third parties, which the user must read and accept on their own.
Global scope and regulatory compliance
WebhookTrade is a tool available to individual users worldwide, meaning it may be accessible from various jurisdictions. However, WebhookTrade does not guarantee that the platform is appropriate or legal in every jurisdiction, nor that it complies with each specific local regulation. In particular, WebhookTrade is not registered or licensed as a financial service with any regulatory or governmental authority. The platform does not act as a registered broker or financial intermediary, nor as an investment advisor, nor does it offer agency trading services on behalf of others; consequently, it is not subject to financial regulatory oversight in any country. It also never holds custody of users’ funds or securities.
It is the user’s responsibility to ensure that the use of WebhookTrade complies with the laws and regulations applicable in their country or region of residence. This includes (but is not limited to) regulations pertaining to securities markets, derivatives, currencies, fraud prevention, tax obligations, and any other legal requirements related to automating trading strategies. If any functionality of WebhookTrade is prohibited in the user’s jurisdiction, the user must refrain from using the service for those purposes. By using WebhookTrade, the user declares that their use of the platform does not violate any law that applies to them. WebhookTrade reserves the right to restrict, suspend, or terminate user access in certain jurisdictions if it determines, at its sole discretion, that there is a risk of regulatory or legal non-compliance. In short, the user uses WebhookTrade under the premise that they comply with the laws of their jurisdiction, releasing WebhookTrade from any responsibility for misuse in a legally prohibited context.
Responsible use of the tool
WebhookTrade is a technical automation tool, not a third-party investment management service. The platform does not make investment decisions for the user nor execute orders on its own initiative; it only performs the actions that the user has programmed through their signals or alerts. In other words, WebhookTrade does not act as an investment manager or as an agent operating on behalf of the user beyond the automated instructions set by that user. Likewise, WebhookTrade does not have discretionary control over the user’s funds or accounts, nor does it manage any capital: all transactions take place directly in the user’s broker accounts under their own authorization.
Users are advised to use the platform responsibly. This involves fully understanding how the automated signals they configure work and periodically monitoring their broker accounts to ensure that the executed trades match their instructions and expectations. WebhookTrade is intended for users who understand the risks of trading and the basic functioning of technological integrations; it is not a “guaranteed wealth” tool nor a shortcut for individuals without financial market experience. The user must be fully aware that WebhookTrade only facilitates the technical execution of their own trading strategies. By using the platform, the user acknowledges and accepts that WebhookTrade does not provide advisory services, does not manage investments on behalf of others, and does not guarantee positive results in any trades executed.
Limitation of liability and absence of warranties
WebhookTrade is provided “as is” and “as available,” without any warranties of any kind by the platform or its operators, whether express, implied, or statutory. To the extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee that the service is free of errors, vulnerabilities, or interruptions, nor that it will fully meet the user’s specific needs. We also do not guarantee that the user’s signals or instructions will always be executed successfully, instantly, or without errors. The user acknowledges that delays, interruptions, or technical system errors may occur in receiving or executing their orders through WebhookTrade; the user fully assumes these risks and agrees to use the platform with this understanding. Moreover, WebhookTrade may conduct scheduled maintenance that could temporarily affect the service’s operation. Such maintenance will be announced to users at least two (2) days in advance.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, WebhookTrade (including its owners, developers, affiliates, and staff) shall not be liable to the user or any third party for any damage, harm, or loss arising from the use of or inability to use the platform. This limitation of liability applies to both direct and indirect damages and includes, among others: the loss of capital or profits, lost earnings, loss of business opportunities, interruption of business activities, loss or corruption of data, costs of seeking alternative services, or any incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages that may arise. Equally excluded is any liability for technical failures, errors in order execution, undesired or delayed executions, or any system malfunctions, whether attributable to WebhookTrade, the user, integrated third parties, or force majeure events (such as connectivity problems, third-party service outages, etc.). The user understands and accepts that they use WebhookTrade at their own risk and that they alone are responsible for the decisions they make and the resulting financial consequences. If the user does not agree with these disclaimers of liability, they must refrain from using the platform.
In the event that any jurisdiction does not allow for the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation of liability for certain types of damages, the above provisions shall apply to the maximum extent permitted by law. No part of these Terms and Conditions is intended to exclude liability that cannot be legally excluded. In any circumstance, the total aggregate liability of WebhookTrade to a user (if any is determined) will be limited, at most, to the amount that such user has paid to use the platform (if applicable) or the minimum required by applicable law.
Specifics
USAGE LIMIT: WebhookTrade sets a limit of 1,000 signals per user per month. Exceeding this limit may result in temporary restriction of the service.
API SECURITY: Each user is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of their API provided by WebhookTrade. Any signal sent using your API will be considered authorized by you. WebhookTrade is not liable for unauthorized access or misuse of your API.
THIRD-PARTY LINKS: WebhookTrade may include links or integrations to third-party services or websites, but does not guarantee or assume responsibility for the content or privacy practices of these external sites.
MODIFICATIONS: WebhookTrade reserves the right to modify these terms at any time and without prior notice; it is the user’s responsibility to review these terms periodically.
CANCELLATION AND TERMINATION: WebhookTrade reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time, especially for breach of these terms or misuse of the service.
Subscription Plans and Trial Period
We offer a five (5) day free trial period. Once this period ends, if the user does not select one of the available plans on the page https://webhooktrade.com/account/plan.php, the system’s scheduled processes will automatically deactivate the service at any designated time of day, immediately blocking all signal dispatch until a valid plan is chosen.
Types of plans and billing
- Monthly Plan: The charge is made every month automatically at the indicated price.
- Semiannual Plan: The charge is made every six (6) months automatically at the indicated price.
- Annual Plan: The charge is made every twelve (12) months automatically at the indicated price.
The price of each plan (hereinafter, the “Subscription”) will be displayed before payment confirmation, and automatic renewal will remain in effect until the user cancels or modifies their plan. All charges are processed through Stripe, in accordance with the prices and taxes applicable at the time of subscription.
Automatic renewal and cancellation
By subscribing to any of these plans, the user agrees to automatic renewal unless they cancel the Subscription before the end of the contracted period. The user may, at any time, cancel or manage their Subscription by accessing the same page https://webhooktrade.com/account/plan.php and selecting the “Manage Subscription” option.
- Once canceled, the Subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle, unless there is a previously approved partial refund or other agreement.
- Cancellation prevents future charges but does not automatically generate refunds for previous charges (see refund policy).
Activation issues
In case of any inconvenience in activating or renewing the Subscription (e.g., system errors, payment gateway failures, etc.), the user must contact WebhookTrade support to resolve it. If the system cannot activate the Subscription for technical reasons attributable to WebhookTrade or its payment providers, an extension of the usage period or a partial refund may be considered, as appropriate.
Refunds
Full refunds for voluntary cancellations are not provided. A partial refund will only be granted when the cancellation is due to a verified system failure that makes proper use of the platform impossible. In such cases, the corresponding portion for the unused time will be refunded, minus taxes and fees associated with the charge. No refunds are issued for personal dissatisfaction, configuration errors, or lack of use by the user.
User responsibility
The user is responsible for ensuring that they have a valid payment method and sufficient funds to cover Subscription charges. Applicable fees and taxes may vary depending on the jurisdiction or payment currency, and are borne by the user. The user acknowledges that by selecting a plan, they authorize recurring charges automatically.
Changes to plans and prices
WebhookTrade reserves the right to modify the selection of plans and/or prices at any time, notifying the user in advance via the provided contact methods or through announcements on the website. These changes will apply to the next billing period, in accordance with the conditions of automatic renewal. If the user does not agree with the new conditions, they may cancel their Subscription before they come into effect.
Conclusion
This section is an integral part of WebhookTrade’s Terms and Conditions. By using our platform, the user acknowledges having read, understood, and fully accepted all the points mentioned above, releasing WebhookTrade from any liability not expressly assumed in these terms. The aim of clarifying these points is to protect both the user and WebhookTrade, fostering informed, safe, and responsible use of the automated trading tool.
